Join our growing company of professionals as a sales broker associate. We are in search of an associate that will promote our office values through the recruitment, training, and management of a sales staff of 10 to 15 licensed real estate agents. A sales manager will add value to our team by identifying opportunities for growth (territory, competency etc), yielding efficient production of sales agents, and building a pipeline of listings and acquisitions.
Key DutiesRecruit professional agents in accordance with office protocols and manage the onboarding process
Contribute to online and offline training schedule which may include 1 on 1 coaching
Assign territory and incoming leads based on competency and availability
Report production efforts and sales pipeline to broker on a weekly basis
Facilitate the negotiation and compliance of purchase offers, listing agreements, rental agreements and accompanying contracts to prospective buyers and sellers.

Typical Investment
Leverage the return on the investment in your real estate license with options for multiple revenue streams. Typical 1st year financial investment associated with becoming a real estate agent or transferring your license are below. Licensing fees, trade dues, and marketing costs are universal and will be the same anywhere that sponsors your license. Our office annual fee, onboarding costs, and training & education dues are paid directly to our office and varies from brokerage to brokerage.
$500 - Annual office dues (can be paid upfront, otherwise $65 monthly)
$250 - Onboarding fees (admin, technology, & training)
$750 - Licensing & Education (min for new agents)
